Other companies that reside under the IEG umbrella consist of Midland Chutes, Roll-Tech, Northern Extrusion, Deroche, Tarp Depot LLC, Container Components and more.Job Summary: The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all activities related to installation and reline projects. This role ensures projects are executed safely, and to quality standards, while maintaining effective communication with customers, internal teams, and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service skills are key in this role, understanding the customer requirements, communicating and delivering are key components to the success of this positionCoordinate and schedule installation and reline projects from initiation to completion.Research's power, air and all other technical aspects of each machine to be installed and prepares preinstall customer checklist and associated documentsDistributes preinstall checklist and obtains customer confirmation & sign back.Arrange logistics for equipment, materials, and field crews to job sites.Coordinates with customer, freight company, rigger, service team leader & applicationsProactively determines the need for specialty tools, lifting equipment, personnel lifts etc. and ensures these items are available when Field Service Technicians arrive on siteEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policies during field operations.Assist in preparing and reviewing work permits, job hazard analyses, and site surveys.Accurately quote for Recondition equipment, Fabrication, and installation inMaintain accuracy in data entry into project systemsManage multiple projectsPrioritize workflow and determine the importance and accuracy of workProvide timely reporting on project status, issues, and resolutions to management.Support project close-out activities, including documentation, client feedback, invoicing and A/R managementThe ability to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction and adhere to our service management principles.Qualifications:Prior experience in project coordination within industrial installations, construction, or equipment relines preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in industrial environments.Proficient in project management tools and MS Office Suite.College degree preferred; equivalent experience consideredBi-lingual Spanish a plus!Compensation details: 60000-70000PI861a8303cfe0-35196-38647275
