What You Need:High school diploma or equivalent Degree or certifications from a trade school or recognized training facility Minimum 5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment (preferred) Experience with SAP or other Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) (preferred) Basic computer and math skills Strong verbal and written communication in English Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in industrial conditions (e.g., confined spaces, extreme temperatures, loud/dusty environments) Physically able to climb ladders, ascend multiple flights of stairs, and wear a respirator as needed Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipWhat Your Role Will Look Like:Monitor and maintain plant equipment to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve equipment malfunctions and abnormal conditions Collaborate with operations personnel to resolve mechanical issues Prepare equipment for maintenance in accordance with plant policies Perform preventive maintenance including oil changes and lubrication Install, repair, and maintain mechanical systems including pumps, motors, valves, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic tubing Operate tools and machinery such as threading machines, forklifts, manlifts, scissor lifts, and golf carts Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation Follow safety protocols and contribute to a team-oriented industrial environment Utilize work order and permit systems, and adhere to proper disposal and recycling procedures for used materials
