The Account Manager handles existing customer requests including quotes, processing orders, order status, questions about products, and any other requests from our customers typically related to a transaction.As part of our operations team, you work out of our Doraville office with no travel requirements and are accountable for your individual performance and have a shared responsibility in the team performance.Provide uplifting service to customers, vendors, teammates, and business partnersAnswering incoming calls, emails, and chats from customersRespond to customer requests for product and order informationPrepare quotes and assist customers with completing transactionsMake outbound calls and emails to existing customers to assist with ordersResolve customer problems and partner with subject matter experts as neededMaintain updated knowledge of our products, services, and policiesNavigate through multiple systems to retrieve and enter product/customer informationFirst and foremost, you’ll be an expert at communication and serving customers.You enjoy helping othersYou’ve worked in a customer service environment for at least 2 yearsJob Type: Full-timeDental insurance~ Health insurance~ Shift:~1st shift~ Monday - FridayLive chat: 2 years (Required)Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
