Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination & Scheduling: Schedule preventive maintenance and repair work, manage workflows, and ensure timely execution of tasks. Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for maintenance teams, facility management, and external contractors or vendors. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance activities, work orders, equipment history, and compliance documentation. Budget Management: Assist in managing maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures for supplies, parts, and services. Problem-Solving: Support troubleshooting efforts and coordinate repairs for equipment and facility issues. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety policies, regulations, and industry standards. Reporting: Prepare and update reports for management regarding maintenance status, issues, and completed work. Inventory: Manage spare parts, tools, and supplies to ensure availability for maintenance operations. Essential Skills Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with internal teams and external partners. Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of equipment, facilities systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical), and maintenance procedures. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and coordinate effective solutions. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with various departments and maintenance staff to achieve common goals.
