This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys leading a small team, and has strong scheduling skills.Job Description: The Office Manager will oversee daily operations in a clinical office. The primary focus will be creating staff schedules, managing a small team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day processes. This role is in-office and offers a predictable routine with room to grow leadership experience.Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain staff schedules to ensure consistent coverage Supervise and support a team of 3–4 employees in clinic operations Manage sample collection and documentation with accuracy Provide coverage when staff are absent to maintain operations Order and manage supplies to keep the clinic fully stocked Train new team members on processes and compliance requirements Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow Maintain confidentiality and follow company policiesQualifications: High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 1+ year of experience Strong background in scheduling and administrative work Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technology Experience in office management Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) Familiarity with healthcare or clinic environments (preferred)Additional Details: Hours:Flexible scheduling – you choose your shift and manage staff schedules Work Setting:In-office, clerical environment Hiring Process:Phone screen → Virtual interview → Final interview (if needed) Start Date:ASAP Compliance Requirements:Background check and drug screen (including cannabis)Perks: Flexibility in choosing your shift Stable, structured role with a predictable routine Opportunity to build leadership skills in a team-focused environment Balanced schedule that supports work-life balance
