This is an on-site role at our Fayetteville, NC location.As a Customer Specialist, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers. Your role ensures that all customers feel informed, supported, and excited while learning about our Client.Engage with customers face to face providing friendly support• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, upgrades, or solutions• Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent service and persuasive communication• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our clients products and services1–3 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or hospitality~ Opportunity to travel to live events (as applicable)Fun, collaborative, and creative work environmentClear growth path in the customer experience and events spaceExposure to exciting high-profile brandsWe will be conducting virtual interviews starting later this week on Zoom.
