Sheetfed Press Operator - Night Shift

Our team is driven by quality, speed, and service, and we’re looking for passionate people to grow with us.Position Summary: The Sheetfed Press Operator plays a key role in producing high-quality printed materials. This position is responsible for maintaining color and quality consistency, operating multi-color printing presses, and ensuring smooth workflow alongside a press helper. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities: Operate Sheetfed printing press, running up to 8 colors simultaneously Maintain color accuracy and overall print quality on all jobs Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press issues as needed Follow press schedules efficiently to meet production deadlines Collaborate with the press helper to stage and load materials Monitor and inspect finished product for consistency and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work area Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sheetfed printing required High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree is a plus) Proficient with high-speed printing machinery and measurement tools Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Ability to lift consistently throughout the shift Positive attitude and team-oriented work style
