You’ll oversee a small team, manage preventive maintenance and calibration schedules, and ensure smooth operations with minimal downtime.Key responsibilities include :supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and upgrades, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.What we’re looking for:supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, strong knowledge of equipment and facility systems (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, etc.), and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
