This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a remote, self-reliant environment and takes pride in keeping equipment and vehicles in top condition. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on a wide range of ranch equipment, including: • Trucks, trailers, ATVs, tractors, generators, pumps, and small engines • Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs efficiently and safely • Track maintenance schedules, order parts, and maintain accurate records • Support field operations with mobile repairs when needed • Ensure equipment is safe, operational, and well-maintained • Assist with occasional ranch utility projects (e.g., water systems, fencing, infrastructure repairs)Must be comfortable staying overnight onsite the facility since it is in a remote area in NV (meals and housing provided)
