Were looking for a detail-orientedAdministrative Assistantto support our client legal department team. This role is ideal for someone with2-3 years of administrative experiencewho thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys staying organized. If you have prior legal documentation or law office experience, thats a huge plus! What Youll Do: Review accounts and supporting documentation to confirm assignment criteria. Prepare and organize case files and supporting documents for attorneys and clients. Assign and track accounts to legal counsel, monitoring cases from start to finish. Respond to attorney and client requests by phone, email, and fax. Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and account activity. Provide general administrative support and assist with department projects.What Were Looking For: 2-3 years of administrative/clerical experience required. Prior experience in legal support or working in a law office strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable learning and working in electronic filing systems.
