We’re looking for anOperations Managerto oversee theday-to-day operationsof our Los Angeles studio. This role is all about ensuring the office runs smoothly, the environment is professional and welcoming, and employees have the tools, resources, and amenities they need to thrive. You’ll manage the office, curate food and supplies, support HR processes, assist with payroll, and act as a reliable point of contact for staff and partners. The ideal candidate islocal to Los Angeles, resourceful, and connected enough to make things happen quickly.You’ll Work On: Running the LA office:managing facilities, supplies, water, food, and amenities Maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming work environment Handlingemployee needs: workstation setup, supplies, scheduling support, general assistance ManagingHR coordination: onboarding/offboarding, maintaining employee records, benefits support Assisting withpayroll coordinationin partnership with finance Coordinating office services and external vendors (IT vendors, cleaning, food, amenities, etc.) Organizingin-office meetings, company events, and team gatherings Acting as a professional representative of the studio when interacting with vendors, local partners, and guests Ensuring smooth communication and day-to-day operational efficiencyRequirements: 5+ years of experience inoperations, office management, or HR coordination Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Hands-on experience withHR processes and payroll support Comfortable handling confidential employee and company information Proficiency with productivity software (Google Workspace, Slack, scheduling tools) Must belocal to Los Angeles, with familiarity and connections in the cityBonus Points: Previous experience ingame development, tech, or entertainment industryoperations Background managingvendor relationships and office logistics Experience building positive in-office culture for hybrid/partially remote teams Passion for soccer or sports culture is a plusThis is acritical studio role: you’ll make sure theoffice runs seamlessly, employees are supported, and day-to-day operations are always under control, freeing the dev team to focus fully on building the game.
