Maintenance Manager

Overview:We are seeking an experiencedMaintenance Managerto oversee the upkeep and repair of commercial properties. This role requires a self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standard.Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular property inspections, including identifying and addressing roof issues and other structural concerns. Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects with contractors, vendors, and service providers. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, providing excellent customer service and timely responses to maintenance requests. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and costly repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Manage budgets and maintenance records as needed.Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial property management or facilities maintenance. Strong knowledge of building systems, including roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once. Strong problem-solving and organizational pensation & Benefits: Competitive salary of $85,000 annually.
