Open Positions: Sushi Chef – Skilled in traditional nigiri, sashimi, and sushi preparation. Sushi Roll Chef (Maki/Hand Roll) – Experienced in specialty rolls, hand rolls, and creative maki presentations. Prep Chef – Strong knife skills and ability to support kitchen operations with efficiency and consistency.
