Senior Project Manager (St Louis)

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Construction Senior Project Manager to join a team that values innovation, craftsmanship, and long-term client relationships. What Youll Do Lead mechanical construction projects from kickoff to closeout, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts while proactively addressing challenges. Oversee and coordinate engineers, field teams, and subcontractors. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project partnersrunning meetings, providing updates, and fostering strong relationships. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality, and enforce safety and code compliance. What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 8+ years of project management experience in mechanical contracting or construction, ideally with large-scale commercial or industrial builds. Proven ability to lead projects valued at $5M+. Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically. Willingness to travel as needed. Whats Offered Competitive salary package based on experience.
