Commercial Construction Superintendent (Tupelo)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years in the field. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing day-to-day construction operations while maintaining clear and effective communication with Owners, Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and vendors. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily project activities on site Read, interpret, and apply construction blueprints Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timelines and budgets are met Maintain strong communication with Owners, Architects, and Engineers Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial construction experience Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to travel within 2 hours of the Jackson Metro area Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $70,000 $100,000 + per diem Company vehicle provided 401(k) with up to 4% company match Excellent health benefits Paid vacation
