Arlon EMD Specialty Materials is a leader in high-performance thermoset substrates used in critical electronic, industrial, and military applications.The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a key liaison between ARLON EMD and its customers, ensuring accurate order processing, clear communication, and responsive support. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing-focused environment.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling inquiries via phone, email, and online portals.Proactively communicate order delays, shipping changes, or production updates to customers.Review customer orders for accuracy, including terms, pricing, part numbers, and delivery dates.Coordinate with planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.Maintain accurate customer records, order history, and communications in the CRM system.Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.Suggest process improvements to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Minimum of one to three years related experience and/or training.Typing and basic computer skills necessary.Microsoft, Outlook, Excel Knowledge strongly preferred.Must be able to read and comprehend written materials.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
