This role is vital in keeping production lines running efficiently by performing both preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of equipment.Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and troubleshoot breakdowns on packaging lines and supporting equipmentDiagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsWork on conveyors, sealers, wrappers, labeling machines, compressors, and other packaging equipmentSupport continuous improvement projects to increase reliability and efficiencyMaintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standardsProven maintenance experience in a packaging, manufacturing, or food production environmentStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-moving production environmentExcellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenanceRelevant Job ***** Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, Industrial Technician, Electro-mechanical TechnicianAll applicants must live in the USA and be eligible to work and live in the USA.
