Oversee light assembly and repair processes, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Manage inventory levels, procurement needs, and cost controls. Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a high-performing team. Handle budgeting, cash-handling procedures, and reporting. Act as the local liaison for property management, safety compliance, and facility maintenance.What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in a hands-on operational role within a distribution, service, or technical environment. Proven leadership experience managing a small team or facility. Technical aptitude with mechanical assembly or repair processes (industrial knowledge a plus). Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
