In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in plumbing, can read and interpret blueprints, and is committed to safety, quality, and teamwork. This position is also eligible for prevailing wage projects. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including piping, fixtures, valves, and equipment in commercial buildings. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements. Cut, assemble, and install pipes using proper tools and techniques. Inspect plumbing systems for proper installation and compliance with codes. Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company standards and OSHA regulations. Troubleshoot and repair issues as they arise on construction sites. Qualifications Valid Journeyman Plumber license. Minimum of 4 years of plumbing experience in a commercial construction environment. Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safety and quality.
