Key ***** Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other documents Retrieve and distribute documents as requested by staff or management Perform regular audits of files to ensure accuracy and completeness Scan, copy, and file documents as needed Assist with general office duties including answering phones, data entry, and maintaining office supplies Prepare and sort mail, packages, and deliveries Support project and administrative teams with clerical tasks Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information Ensure all filing and administrative processes comply with internal standards and regulations
