TE Certified, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Home Services Dispatcher to join our growing this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service by efficiently scheduling and dispatching qualified technicians to service requests. You will also provide support to other dispatchers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Receive and prioritize customer service requests for various home services (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC)Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely updatesMaintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs and customer interactionsMonitor technician performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement to their managementTrain and mentor new dispatchers, fostering a positive and supportive team environmentLead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfactionPartner with our technicians and other support staff to ensure their success through a servant-minded dispatch approachSchedule will be Monday thru Friday and will include a rotating Saturday (6:30AM - 2:30PM) Saturdays are the only work from home day.
