HireLevel is seeking an Office Manager for a family-owned emergency vehicle and equipment dealer that has proudly served Missouri first responders since 1946. If youre an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.Pay Rate: $25/hr.Location: Monday - Friday | 8a - 5p (flexible)Shift: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Flexible) Responsibilities of Office Manager:Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings in a timely mannerManage bookkeeping and monitor customer accounts for late or missed paymentsCreate and maintain spreadsheets, purchase orders, and follow-up documentationOversee daily shipping and receiving of productsHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalismOrder office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operationsSupport leadership and staff with additional administrative tasks as neededQualifications for Office Manager: High School Diploma or GED required (2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred)3+ years of office management, bookkeeping, or administrative experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication abilitiesPositive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindsetWe are an equal opportunity employer.
