The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, proven leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in bothEnglish and Spanish. This role is critical in ensuring our projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day HVAC construction activities on-site for industrial and commercial projects.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and crews to meet schedules and budgets.Enforce compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.Provide clear instructions and guidance to field teams, ensuring productivity and efficiency.Conduct regular site inspections, addressing challenges and resolving conflicts.Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.Act as a liaison between management and field staff, ensuring clear communication in both English and Spanish.Qualifications5+ years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role (HVAC experience strongly preferred).Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors on large industrial and/or commercial job sites.Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.A supportive team environment focused on safety, quality, and innovation.The chance to work onhigh-profile projects driving the growth of Miami and the tri-county area.
