We are committed to providing quality mental health services to the community, focusing on enriching the lives of individuals through counseling, developing impactful mental health professionals, and providing leadership opportunities.Hope Enrichment Center (HEC) strives to leave people, places, and things better than we found them. Our group practice is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) for our Corinth, MS location who are passionate about making a positive impact in their communities, growing as professionals, and helping people reach their full potential. Hope Enrichment Center (HEC) offers professional development in the areas of EMDR Therapy, Ego State Therapy, Mindfulness, Neurobiological Impact of Trauma, Play Therapy, ethics, and leadership to build clinical skills, competency, and leadership skills.We are dedicated to the profession of mental health counseling and desire to build healthy, impactful clinicians. Hope Enrichment Center was established in 2004 and has served hundreds of people with compassion and care. We value a healthy work/life balance. Hope Enrichment Center is also focused on developing the overall profession of mental health counseling and providing services in an ethical and efficacious manner.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a licensed mental health counselor at HOPE ENRICHMENT CENTER, P.C. in Corinth, MS The clinician will be responsible for conducting individual therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, assessing patient needs, conducting community outreach, and maintaining accurate patient records.QualificationsPossesses a current license as an LPC or LCSW in the State of Mississippi.Therapy, Counseling, and Assessment SkillsExperience in developing treatment plans and conducting therapy sessionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of mental health disorders and treatment methodsStrong ethics and ability to maintain patient confidentialityDesire to have an impact on the mental health profession as a whole.Creative and innovative.Capable of working independently.Healthy work ethic.Courageous and desiring to grow personal leadership skills.
