Our team combines scientific expertise with a passion for pet wellness, delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.We are seeking a Veterinary Services Associate who will play a key role in supporting our commercial and scientific initiatives by helping strengthen client relationships, coordinating field trials and palatability studies, and ensuring the smooth delivery of product samples to our customers.This role is ideal for individuals passionate about companion animal health and interested in working at the intersection of veterinary science and product innovation.Working ConditionsThis is a full-time, in-person role based at our facility in Melbourne, Florida a clean, climate-controlled environment. Remote work is not available for this position.Customary Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.Primary ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer and other members of the team to build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.Support the planning and execution of speaking engagements at scientific conferences, trade shows, and webinars.Assist in the design, coordination, and analysis of field trials and palatability studies for companion animals.Maintain and update client contact records and internal customer databases.Develop a deep understanding of the companys product portfolio and its applications.Take primary responsibility for preparing and shipping product samples to prospective and existing customers. Coordinate with the QA/QC Manager and Product Development Director throughout the process.Work cross-functionally with internal teams on strategic and operational projects.Core Skills and AttributesMaintain working knowledge of current trends and conditions in the veterinary market.Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical municate effectively in both written and verbal formats, present confidently in professional settings.Exhibit high attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with efficiency.Operate independently while contributing to team-based initiatives.Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement and learning.Strong sense of responsibility and urgency, with a high degree of personal integrity.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceAssociates (2 years) or Bachelors (4 years) degree in Animal Science, Biology, or a related scientific field.Experience in the veterinary, pharmaceutical, or animal health industry is preferred.Language SkillsMust be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.Other RequirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM is required.
