In this position you will deal directly with guests attending public and private events such as concerts, basketball games, volleyball games, corportate events, and many others. You will guard, patrol, and monitor the venue to ensure all safety policies and procedures are being maintained. This positions reports to the Event Manager.This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.00Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until December 5, 2025.ResponsibilitiesMonitor arrival and departure of guests to prevent any security and safety issuesPatrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences Operate Metal detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited items into venueWarn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premisesProvide protection to VIP guestsOther duties as assignedQualificationsFlexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to stand for long periods of timeAble to strictly follow all policies and procedures Reliable and punctual Provide customer servicePrevious security experience helpful
