The Successful Applicant4-7+ years of construction or project management experience in the general contracting spaceBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related)Strong organizational skills; candidate should be energized by working with different teams, both internal and externalAbility to multi-task and work on multiple projects and teams concurrently. Comfortable learning new software platforms to track and organize project informationTechnical background with understanding of building engineering and commercial projects; prior experience in commercial projectsWhat's on OfferA competitive base salary between $90,000-$110,000 (Depending on Experience)Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based.
