Additionally, our client places a strong emphasis on positive company culture and they want to grow their team with strong construction professionals who want a clear career path for advancement and work on large-scale projects.Job DescriptionWork directly with project managers to help implement project goals for multifamily, mixed-use, and luxury residential projectsAssign duties to staff to implement project goals, as neededOversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project executionOverview project goals and ensure project goals are achievableLiaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacyAssist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goalsReview project implementation and gather data on project executionCoordinate with project managers and other project leads following project executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant4-7+ years of construction or project management experience in the general contracting spaceBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related)Strong organizational skills; candidate should be energized by working with different teams, both internal and externalAbility to multi-task and work on multiple projects and teams concurrently. Comfortable learning new software platforms to track and organize project informationTechnical background with understanding of building engineering and commercial projects; prior experience in commercial projectsWhat's on OfferA competitive base salary between $90,000-$110,000 (Depending on Experience)Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based.
