This exchange aims to empower innovators and emerging businesses in unprecedented ways.We are a lean, tight-knit team seeking capable, product-oriented individuals passionate about improving our country and the world.We are hiring a Senior Vice President of Trading Technology Operations who can efficiently manage tasks across multiple departments in a fast-paced, expanding environment.Responsibilities include:Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer on all exchange operations.Representing technology and operations on the Executive Advisory Council to align fluencing colleagues to support business goals.Overseeing daily system and application monitoring.Validating system integrity daily.Preparing daily performance reports and monthly presentations for the Exchange Executive Council.Chairing daily technology staff meetings, reporting incidents, and recommending actions.Managing trading applications and third-party service providers.Maintaining system operations during trading hours.Troubleshooting issues during trading to ensure minimal disruption.Overseeing start-of-day and end-of-day procedures.Creating and maintaining documentation, including reports, procedural guides, and test plans.Overseeing production releases and data procurement for audits.Managing technology operations staff and conducting system checkouts.Developing and executing test scripts for various testing phases.Managing shift schedules and documentation.Applying deep operational expertise in capital markets, risk, industry practices, and regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
