The Supply Chain team has a valuable impact for Anduril's business and mission, responsible for supporting our production and business growth through the material management and inventory flow. The right person for this role can demonstrate strong ownership, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to solve operational challenges with creative solutions in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment. This person will be flexible to provide support wherever needed to ensure products are shipped and received under stringent quality standards.What You'll DoProcess shipping and receiving at the Costa Mesa and/or Santa Ana locations as neededCompile records concerning quantity, cost, and type of material received, shipped, in stock inventory, and/or in productionPrepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing productExpedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in accordance with production and shipping schedulesComplete cycle counts and conduct all warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priorityMaintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortagesOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docksOrganize material into an efficient picking methodology for picking/kittingMonitor KPIs set by ManagementAdhere to regulations related to government property and inventory management (FAR/DFARS)Initiate opportunities for improvementsCourier inventory as needed between Anduril’s sites in Costa Mesa & Santa AnaRequired Qualifications5+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent experiencePrevious experience with management of government property & inventory management per FAR & DFARSMust be able to work Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm and flexibility to do overtimeValid driver’s licenseAbility to be onsite, local to Costa Mesa, CA or Santa Ana, CAPreferred Qualifications3+ years forklift experience and licenseExperience working in the defense/aerospace industryExperience complying with the Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) Part 52.244 and the Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulation Supplement (DFARS) part 252.244-7001Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or other warehouse management and inventory control toolingFamiliarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent office management toolingFamiliarity with Inventory Management through lot/serial/batch trackingExperience packaging and handling hazardous shipmentsExcellent customer service skillsAble to adapt in fast-paced environmentsAbility to flex as work shifts can be subject to change depending on the business needEligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. clearanceActive secret or top secret clearance within the last 5 yearsCompensation & BenefitsUS Hourly Range: $28—$40 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
