OverviewDistrict Channel Manager - R&D Tax Credits at ADP. This role sells R&D Tax Credits within a designated geographic territory to Mid-Market employers (50 to 999 employees). You will manage the full sales cycle from access to contract signature, selling to ADP prospects and ADP's HCM clients. ADP provides ongoing sales training and the latest technology to support your goals as you manage your book of business.What you'll DoGrow the business while growing your own book of business by closing sales, winning clients, and achieving sales goals as part of a team and through independent work within your geography.Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.Deepen relationships across the ADP family by selling cloud-based HR solutions and cultivating additional business within existing accounts.Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your network while upholding high ethical standards.Utilize COIs (Centers of Influence) when appropriate, but primarily drive self-generated sales pipeline and sell directly to executives/financial contacts; work with SMEs from ADP's Tax Credits Operations to validate eligibility.Required Qualifications5+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales in a hunter-type role with self-generated pipeline and access gains; Tax Credits experience is a plus but a proven track record in a relevant sales role is valued.Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a geographic territory.Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call, manage time effectively, and present ideas clearly in writing and in person.Confident, fearless in pursuing opportunities, and able to challenge the status quo.Entrepreneurial spirit with leadership qualities, resilience under pressure, and integrity in client relationships.Preferred QualificationsA college degree is not required; the ability to build a network and use social media effectively for sales is important.Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and “never lose” mentality is advantageous.Benefits and PerksCompetitive compensation with uncapped commissions and potential incentives; base salary varies by location and experience, with additional compensation such as bonuses, equity, or commissions where prehensive benefits starting Day 1, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings, wellness programs, disability coverage, volunteer time off, holidays, and personal days.Ongoing training, development, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement in a stable, respected tech company.Supportive culture emphasizing equity, inclusion, belonging, and community impact.Applications for this posting will be accepted until 9/5/25.About ADP and ComplianceADP is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of protected characteristics and supports an inclusive workplace where merit and job performance guide hiring decisions.ADP maintains high ethical standards and expects all employees to act with integrity.
