This unique role combines cultural programming, operational management and data-driven insights to ensure a seamless, engaging and productive in-office experience for our employees. This role requires a proactive thinker who can streamline office processes, manage resources efficiently, and identify opportunities for operational improvement. The Office Manager will collaborate with department heads, contribute to organizational planning, and ensure that the office environment is conducive to productivity and success.Position ResponsibilitiesOffice Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the office, including facilities management, vendor coordination, filing, supplies, security, and space planning to create a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment.Culture & Experience Initiatives: Design and execute initiatives that drive belonging, recognition, and engagement, including in-office events, cultural programming, and team-building activities.Action Planning Support: Collaborate with managers and leaders to interpret engagement data, facilitate action planning workshops, and monitor progress.Vendor & Tool Management: Manage relationships with external survey, analytics, and facilities vendors; evaluate tools and platforms to improve efficiency and -Office Experience Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for in-office employees, addressing needs and feedback to enhance connection, collaboration, and experience.Ad Hoc executive and admin support: Prepare leadership for key meetingsthrough agenda-setting, briefing memos, and follow-up tracking with internal and external stakeholders; Process expenses and adminResponsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncomplianceRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in employee engagement, people analytics, office management or related rolesExperience managing vendors, office budgets, and facilities operations.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a very keen eye for detail and accuracy.Creative, proactive mindset with passion for workplace culture.A positive and upbeat attitude, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations with the ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities at any given time.An ability to work well independently and be an effective collaborator within and across teams.You have a demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, using utmost discretion.High school diploma required; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field ispreferred.Excited to work out of our Denver office 4 to 5 days per week (REQUIRED).Bonus QualificationsExperience working in high-growth, startup environments - an advantage.Healthcare backgroundCertification or coursework in people analytics, organizational psychology, or HR.This position description is designed to be flexible, allowing management the opportunity to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities as needed to best meet organizational goals.Salary Range$65,000—$95,000 USDAbout Capital RxCapital Rx is a health technology company providing claim administration and technology solutions for carriers, health plans, TPAs, employer groups, and government entities.
