This leader will focus on building a high-performing, AI-first global TA organization that can scale across markets. The role combines strategic workforce planning, innovative employer branding, and data-driven recruiting processes to position Pelico as a destination employer in supply chain and AI software.Main ResponsibilitiesDeliver scalable, predictable hiring outcomesConsistently achieve quarterly hiring targets across all Pelico’s teamsAnticipate workforce needs with regional leadership and convert them into proactive hiring roadmapsBuild diverse pipelines through partnerships with universities and talent networksBuild and lead a high-performing, AI-first TA teamRecruit, coach, and develop a global team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinatorsEmbed AI-native workflows (sourcing agents, automated scheduling, intelligent matching)Drive 2–3× recruiter productivity by leveraging AI toolsFoster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovationElevate employer brand & candidate experienceDesign and execute a US-focused employer branding strategy, then scale globallyPosition Pelico as a top employer in supply chain & AI softwareEnsure premium candidate experienceRepresent Pelico at industry events and build a strong digital presenceImplement data- and AI-driven recruiting processesBuild a next-gen recruiting stack: ATS + AI sourcing + interview intelligence + predictive analyticsStandardize metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, quality of hire, offer acceptance)Deploy AI-powered dashboards for executive visibilityDeliver quarterly workforce insights and recommendations to leadershipLocationYou will be based in Miami.
