Legal Director

OverviewAt Corporate Tools, we believe legal strategy shouldn’t feel like a speed bump—it should drive the vehicle. We’re looking for a Legal Director who sees law not as paperwork, but as gameplay. You’ll lead a growing team of attorneys and own legal strategy across M&A, global expansion, government contracts, IP, real estate, and the occasional legal oddity. You’ll report directly to the COO and work closely with executives across departments. This position is coded as Hybrid with occasional remote work. Ideally located in the Spokane–Coeur d’Alene metro area; candidates in surrounding communities within reasonable commuting distance are welcome.
