Reporting to the SVP, HR Global Functions, this position provides strategic HR Business Partner leadership and support to the TGS (Technology & Global Services) and GBS (Global Business Services) organizations. This HRBP will lead the effort towards creating a robust and diverse talent pipeline for key roles and guide leadership in creating a high-performance organization and culture. This role is based in Franklin Lakes, NJ, onsite Monday through Thursday with remote work on Fridays.ResponsibilitiesAligned with business, functional, and HR strategy, provide strategic HR business partnering support; work with global leaders to identify and resolve business needs; develop and implement organizational plans; build key capabilities to achieve business objectives.Lead and support client groups with organizational capability and capacity analyses, strategic workforce planning, organization design, associate engagement, and organizational announcements.Act as trusted advisor to client leaders to support business and functional plans; identify opportunities to drive change and lead change management initiatives.Facilitate change management using a methodology that includes business case, stakeholder identification, process mapping, communications, action/transition planning, and after-action reviews.Develop and conduct team development strategies to improve performance; present options on organizational structure, roles & responsibilities, staffing levels, and matrix management.Contribute to client strategy discussions and decision making; understand client market spaces, external talent trends, reward systems, and organizational models.Work on complex issues requiring deep knowledge of team dynamics; model and communicate data findings to leadership teams.Identify opportunities and guide leaders to fill competency gaps through talent acquisition and development; act as talent advisor and facilitator for succession planning.Partner with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition to align top talent with priorities while ensuring inclusion and diversity outcomes; participate in interviews and coaching hiring leaders.Support Performance Management processes and coach leaders through annual performance and development activities; escalate issues of poor performance as required.Consult with clients to understand training needs and collaborate with the TM COE on development strategies; provide guidance for compensation and participate in compensation planning to align rewards with performance.Provide benchmarking insights for offers; review compensation reports; support complex HR issues (e.g., RIF) and use data and metrics to drive accountability and engagement.Monitor attrition, partner with AccessHR to analyze indicators, and develop separation strategies as needed.Collaborate with COEs to design, develop and deploy updated HR processes and ensure holistic HR support across client organizations.QualificationsBS/BA in Business Administration, HR Management or related field requiredMBA/Masters in HR or equivalent preferredPHR/SPHR certification desiredMinimum 12-15 years of professional HR experienceExperience in mid/large complex environments and matrixed organizations; experience with multiple geographies is requiredFor certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon proof of full COVID-19 vaccination where required.
