OverviewEnterprise Account Director – Developing Mkt’s responsibilities include selling into the Regional Enterprise / Mid Markets segment for Developing Mkt’s across Georgia. The role requires a consultative selling approach, a focus on superior customer service and helping Regional Enterprises solve business problems. The successful candidate will be a “Hunter” (vs. “Farmer” or Account Manager) who deeply understands customers' business, crafts unique solutions, and secures orders.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop and close new business with Prospects / New Logos across an assigned region.Use lobbying, industry and networking connections to secure meetings at the highest levels of targeted client organizations.Be strategic in account planning and utilize the company’s and their time effectively.Develop & execute sales strategies across the Healthcare, Transportation, Manufacturing, Logistics & Technology Verticals and across the Mid Markets segment (i.e., Clients with 5-50 locations across Georgia).Product Knowledge & ExperienceTransport solutions (Dark Fiber, Wavelengths & Ethernet)IP solutions (IP Transit, DIA & DDoS)Managed Services Solutions (Mng Firewall/Router/WiFi/SD-WAN)Voice Solutions (UCaaS & CCaaS)Required Skills & QualificationsA Hunter mindset, skilled at creating and closing new opportunitiesSales experience: Minimum of 5-yearsStrong analytical & technical skillsStrategic thinking and planningStrong interpersonal & communications skillsStrong relationship development skillsAbility to thrive in “start-up” environment / operate in the “grey”Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables & meet deadlinesTrack-record of meeting & exceeding annual sales quotaStrong problem-solving capabilitiesStrong financial acumenStrong collaboration skills Excellent presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of selling in the State of GAMinimum of 3 years of Telecom, Data Center or IT sales experienceMinimum of 2 years selling into the Regional Enterprise spaceMinimum of 2 years selling into the Mid Markets segmentMinimum of 1 year selling into the Healthcare verticalMinimum of 1 year selling into the Transportation verticalMinimum of 1 year selling into the Manufacturing verticalMinimum of 1 year selling into the Logistics verticalKnowledge of BANT, TAS and/or the Challenger Sales methodologiesPrior experience w/ Salesforce & the Microsoft Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
