With a team of experienced attorneys and investigators, they provide strong advocacy and trusted representation for their clients.Job DescriptionHandle workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolutionRepresent clients before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation CommissionConduct hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiationsDraft and review pleadings, motions, and settlement agreementsProvide legal counsel and develop tailored case strategiesMaintain strong client communication and deliver effective advocacyCollaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure excellent case managementQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing to practice law in Maryland (required)2+ years of experience in Maryland workers’ compensation law, including hearings before the CommissionStrong oral advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skillsAbility to manage a busy caseload and stay organizedCommitment to client service and professional integrityWhy This Is a Great OpportunityCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packageHybrid work flexibility (1 remote day per week)Opportunity to manage meaningful cases and grow professionallySupportive and collaborative firm environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
