Check out our applications at ResponsibilitiesProduct Expertise and Demonstration:Define Modern Best Practices & Define Oracle POVEvangelize Vision and Goals to market, customer, partners, and sales teamsPrioritize features and functions and align ROI with BVSAlign with Product Development on future roadmapLearn and understand Oracle’s CX suite of products, demonstrating their value to customersDevelop and deliver solution messaging, presentations, and demonstrations to customers and prospects, showcasing the value proposition of Oracle’s products and servicesExplain Oracle’s position in the SaaS space and our approach to AI/MLCollaboration and Strategy:Work with sales and cross-functional teams to align on deal strategy and win themesRespond independently to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPsCollaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to continuously improve Oracle’s products and marketing effortsConduct technical discovery meetings to document, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirementsEstablish trust with clients and influence key decision makers by demonstrating the business benefits and competitive advantages of Oracle’s solutionsDeliver standard, customized, and strategic solution demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions, presentations, architecture workshops, and best practicesOther:Develop best practices for specific industries to create repeatable stories and demonstrationsStay updated with industry trends, SaaS technologies, and best practicesTrain and mentor new or less experienced sales account managers and solution consultants on standardized processes, systems, and other work tools and resourcesParticipate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance technical skillsResponsibilitiesRequired Skillset:5-7 years work experience with a proven record of success in a pre-sales, practitioner or consulting role, solving problems and generating positive customer outcomesStrong background in enterprise business applications, with expertise in CX related technologies (marketing, sales, and service)Strong ability to craft and deliver presentations and demonstrations with composure in front of all levels of technical and non-technical audiencesA skillset to establish trust with clients, and the ability to influence key decision makersAbility to craft and deliver presentations and demonstrations to groups of diverse responsibility (both business and technology) in a variety of settingsOutstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skillsCommitment to continuous learning and thriving in a collaborative team environmentAbility to travel as needed and to work flexible hoursPreferred Background:Hands on technical background working with cloud applicationsClient facing backgroundDemonstrated understanding of AI, data and analyticsCustomer experience (CX) background - bonus if you have working knowledge sales, service and field serviceQualificationsDisclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range in USD from $45.43 to $85.63 per hour; from: $94,500 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
