OverviewExecutive Administrative AssistantThe Executive Administrative Assistant provides support to a Chobani Executive.ResponsibilitiesHandle multifaceted department logistics and calendars for meetings and conferences, including travel and event managementSubmit travel and expense reports in a timely fashionPrioritize and handle internal and external correspondenceCoordinate meetings and complex schedules to accommodate the needs of the ExecutiveResearch a variety of topics for the purpose of providing information and / or recommendationsExercise independent judgment in bringing information and issues relating to the operations of the department to the attention of the ExecutiveProvide executive, administrative, and analytical support to the Executive to ensure timely and effective communications between the Executive and team membersFrequently compose and finalize complex correspondence, reports, and other-format documents, using experience and judgment to decide what should be included in each documentAssist with short and long-range critical planning initiatives for the Executive and their departmentMaintain comprehensive filing system; maintain accurate departmental records to ensure the integrity of the informationRepresent the Executive in their absence for the purpose of addressing matters that require immediate attentionWork on special projects as assigned and complete other tasks as necessaryQualificationsBachelor's Degree requiredThe ability to maintain confidentiality is imperative5-7 years providing administrative and / or personal support at the executive level requiredStrong experience within PC Microsoft Windows and MAC environmentsAdvanced proficiency and strong working knowledge required in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat XAbility to work independently and quicklyMust have good judgment and exercise the utmost discretion with confidential informationAbility to prioritize work and provide a high level of customer serviceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbout UsChobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place.
