You will drive our business forward by always motivating your team to do their best in every guest interaction.ResponsibilitiesBuilding, developing, and mentoring your sales team.Working through teams to teach, coach and follow our sales process with Every Guest Every TimeAttracting and retaining top caliber employees.Brand advocate for VictraProviding ongoing sales training and support for your team to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout thestore.Ensure store employees meet and/or exceed defined, monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time, and fully.Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.Maintaining the performance of yourstoreby running retail inventory compliance.Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports.Thinking of innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and capitalizing on existing customer base.Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions.Owning all guest escalations and providing a timely resolution.Clearly communicating company objectives and priorities to team members and providing timely follow up.Staying up to date with new sales promotions and ensuring they are providing our guests with a complete solution to meet their current and future pensationBase Pay: $65,000.00Pay rates include base pay at the above rate, with the opportunity to earn a monthly General Manager bonus. You know you’ve succeeded when your team is delivering.You Will Need To Have1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory roleManagement experience in a commissions-based sales environment.Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.High school diploma or GED.One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.At least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift ten pounds.Ability to stand for long periods of timeTraining RequirementsAll Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
