The Role We’re looking for highly motivated investment bankers from Vice President to Managing Director level to join our expanding capital markets-focused Investment Banking team. Ideal candidates have a strong track record raising capital for public companies — including PIPEs, Registered Directs, CMPOs, IPOs, SPACs, M&A — and possess deep issuer and investor relationships. What You’ll Do Originate and lead capital markets transactions for public companies (PIPEs, Registered Directs, CMPOs, IPOs, SPACs, M&A) Advise C-suite executives of micro- and small-cap public companies Manage deal execution including term sheet negotiation, investor outreach, marketing materials, and regulatory documentation Collaborate closely with Capital Markets, Trading, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver seamless execution Mentor junior bankers and help shape the strategic direction of the team What You Bring 5+ years (VP) or 10+ years (MD) of relevant investment banking or capital markets experience Proven success in originating and executing equity offerings for public companies Deep knowledge of securities regulations and public company disclosure requirements Existing relationships with CEOs, CFOs, institutional investors, and capital markets professionals FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses (or willingness to obtain) Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Institutional broker-dealer platform with strong compliance and execution support Autonomy to build your own book of business with full firm backing Competitive compensation with significant performance upside Entrepreneurial culture that rewards leadership, collaboration, and results #J-18808-Ljbffr
