Role OverviewFigure is a leader in the real-estate secured small business (SMB) finance space by enabling business owners to acquire secured funding in the fastest and most cost-efficient manner: tapping their home equity with a Figure HELOC. We are searching for a partner success associate to activate key Independent Sales Organization (ISO) and financing broker relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring SMB leads seamlessly flow through Figure’s funnel. On a day-to-day basis, this means ensuring ISO/broker partners are able to easily submit financing opportunities to Figure and that small business owners are provided a best-in-class borrower experience. This is a revenue-generating, originations-focused role – and ideal candidates will have a strong background in partner relationship management, sales, and customer service. ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll DoMaster Figure’s products and our value propositions to SMB partnersBuild strong relationships with key partners while serving as primary day-to-day point of contactManage the application pipeline throughout the day – identifying the highest-potential leads, coordinating with partners, and funding dealsAddress daily inquiries, via email and phone, from ISO/broker/lender partnersEducate partners on Figure’s partner technology stack and digital borrower application processProvide high-value program and product feedback across the Figure organization to consistently improve our SMB go-to-marketEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all ISO/funder activities Program developmentSupport the pipeline development and partner onboarding processesEstablish and track key internal and external performance indicators (e.g. conversion/approval rates, best practices, etc.)Optimize partner performance – including creative testing, payout optimization, and performance analysisContribute to partnership strategy development and market expansion initiatives QualificationsWhat We Look For2-4 years of experience owning a revenue target in client- and/or partner-facing roles within the financial services spaceUnderstanding of small business finance and broker/ISO dynamicsExcellent relationship management and communication skillsExperience with CRM & analytics platforms (i.e., Salesforce, Tableau)Experience with lender/funder platforms and processes (e.g. lead submission tools)Exposure to the mortgage or secured lending space is a plusStartup or scale-up experience with comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments is a plus SalaryBase salary range: $50,000 - $70,000Variable: $30-45k variable – uncapped with upside acceleratorsOTE: $100,000 - $115,000/yrEquity stock options packageThis is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs BenefitsComprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and their dependents on select plansCompany HSA, FSA, Dependent Care, 401k, and commuter benefitsEmployer-funded life and disability insurance coverage11 Observed Holidays & PTO planUp to 12 weeks paid family leaveContinuing education reimbursement California Residents: review our California Employee and General Workforce Privacy Notice for further information.
