(of RoleThe Under Armour Enterprise Architecture team ensures alignment between architectural roadmaps, business strategies, and enterprise transformation efforts. This role, Sr Lead Enterprise Architect with specialization in Enterprise Applications, ensures the application portfolio aligns with business needs, enterprise standards, and industry best practices. The architect produces detailed documentation for applications, projects, processes, governance, patterns, principles and integrations. The role partners closely with technical leaders, solution architects, and stakeholders to align, integrate new technologies, rationalize redundant applications, produce architecture roadmaps, provide insight into industry trends, and drive innovation. The ideal candidate has extensive experience as a lead engineer or solutions architect in the Enterprise Applications space and experience operating within TOGAF or a similar Enterprise Architecture framework.Your ImpactDesign scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business goalsDevelop technical architecture, data flows and diagrams for new initiatives, current state and target system architecturesDevelop and socialize multi-horizon roadmaps and capability maps aligned to business strategy, value streams and funding cyclesGuide and educate on architecture strategy, integration standards, and industry trends across a varied composable commerce ecosystemCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersMentor lead engineers and solution architects in modern architecture practices, composable design, and documentation qualityTranslate business requirements into technical specificationsBuild prototypes for new initiatives and evolving business needsAssist in discovery and RFx processesSupport audit and compliance activitiesProduce clear, auditable artifacts and lead architecture reviewsContribute to cybersecurity, privacy and AI governance workflows – streamline intake, clarify decision criteria and reduce cycle timeStay current with industry trends and hands-on developmentQualifications14 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor/'s degree + 10 years of relevant experience OR Master/'s degree + 8 years of relevant experienceEnterprise Architecture Expertise: Proven success designing solutions across Product, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Commerce domains, including PLM, ERP (S/4HANA), OMS, POS, and multi-cloud Salesforce implementationsTechnical Proficiency: Skilled in performance engineering, observability, secure system design (zero-trust, privacy), relational databases, Git, command line, and modeling toolsStrategic Influence: Effective at aligning cross-functional stakeholders, driving consensus in matrixed environments, and connecting architecture decisions to business outcomes and value realizationGlobal Systems Leadership: Experience launching and supporting highly available, mission-critical systems worldwide; familiar with RFx processes and enterprise-grade resiliency patterns; communication & storytelling: ability to translate complex topics for non-technical audiencesWorkplace LocationLocation: Home Office; Fully RemoteWork Schedule: Fully RemoteTravel: Possible travel to regional offices, conferences, and trainingsRelocationNo relocation providedBase Compensation$161,629.60 - $222,240.70 USDMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time.
