Our 55+ community is looking for a dynamic Activities Director / Manager to join our team and help foster a welcoming, fun, and well-maintained environment for our residents!ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and host engaging events for residents throughout the year.Uphold community rules and regulations while fostering a friendly environment.Work with vendors and entertainers to organize successful community functions.Oversee the daily operations of the clubhouse, ensuring it remains clean, stocked, and fully functional.Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback—resolving issues promptly and professionally.QualificationsStrong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle resident concerns fortable working with vendors and contractors to coordinate services and events.Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office and Excel, email, etc.).Experience in event planning, hospitality, or property management is a plus!Monday - Friday schedule, with some availability for pre-planned evening events.DetailsLocation: Ocala, FL, 34481Job Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $20+, pay commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
