MEP Firm located in Glendale, California, is looking for a senior mechanical engineer with HVAC & Plumbing design experience to join our team. The candidate for this position must have an architectural background and constructability knowledge to identify arising issues.Responsibilities include:Performing constructability reviewsHandling RFI/RFCConducting submittal reviewsReviewing shop drawingsCoordinating by providing digital mark-ups and detailsCommunicating effectively through written and verbal meansThe candidate must be able to work in a timely manner.Specific qualifications:Mechanical and Plumbing with a minimum professional experience as a Project Manager (Min. 6 years architectural engineering experience)Strong construction document knowledgeExperience working on large-scale mixed-use, commercial retail, corporate/medical offices, and hospitality projectsSkilled at multitasking and working toward multiple deadlinesQA/QC experience requiredBIM software and workflow knowledge is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
