OverviewSite Supervisor - Full Time role at Rendr. A Site Supervisor is responsible for the non-clinical aspects of the day-to-day operations in a medical office environment.ResponsibilitiesWorks collaboratively with the Medical Office ManagerSupervise non-clinical staffMaintain and ensure patient satisfaction and staff motivationMaintain positive customer serviceAssist in training and onboarding staffPatient scheduling, registration, billing, data entry and processing, and cash postingComplete purchases of office supplies and manage supply inventoriesMaintain a safe, clean, and welcoming site environment for patients; organize supplies, tools, and equipment to promote a productive workflow for site staffPrioritize, organize, assign, and complete various written communications relating to providing clinical care and assisting coordination with other Rendr departments, including daily eFax log and mailOther duties as assigned by office managerQualificationsHigh school diploma requiredThree (3) or more years of experience in front office experience in a medical practiceBilingual in English and Chinese requiredHigh level of professionalism and strong sense of responsibilityGood communication skills: kind, compassionate, patient interaction with patients and teamMultitasking abilityPrior experience working in medical/clinical setting requiredFamiliarity with MDLand is a plusRendr is an equal opportunity employer.
