This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including commercial litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, financial services disputes, and insurance defense.Base pay range$140,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yrResponsibilitiesManage litigation matters from inception through resolutionConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court filingsRepresent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrationsHandle all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requestsDevelop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clientsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnelMaintain organized case files and meet all deadlinesQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice in Minnesota3–5 years of litigation experience (multi-practice exposure a plus)Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailNotes: The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $210,000.
