The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and implementation of luxury restaurant development projectsCoordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are metManage project budgets and timelines, ensuring effective resource allocationConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that ariseFacilitate communication between stakeholders, including owners, staff, and contractorsPrepare and present project progress reports to senior managementNegotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best termsEnsure compliance with local regulations and safety standardsQualificationsProven experience as a Project Manager in the restaurant industryExperience working for a general contractorStrong understanding of project management methodologies and toolsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesEffective communication and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related fieldExperience with Big Box Retail and travel projects is a plusFamiliarity with bid preparation and construction negotiations is an advantage
