Account Executive - Commercial FlooringPosition Overview The Account Executive for Commercial Flooring will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with clients in the commercial flooring sector. This role focuses on expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement with general contractors, end-users, and other stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the commercial flooring industry.Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.Manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing.Collaborate with project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.Provide expert advice on commercial flooring products and solutions to clients.Track and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.QualificationsProven experience in commercial flooring sales or related construction sales environment.Strong understanding of end-user sales and general contractor (GC) sales processes.Excellent territory management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.Benefits- Base Salary: $70K-$110K - OTE: 150K-250K- Medical- Vision- Dental- 401K- Flexible schedule- Car allowance- Paid business expenses
