Position ***** Onsite Jira Administrator Opportunity Job Description Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the Entertainment Industry is seeking a Jira Administrator to help define, configure, and optimize Jira usage across teams, ensuring effective reporting, workflows, and dashboards. The engineer will maintain Jira system integrity, implement best practices, and continuously optimize workflows to improve productivity.Key ***** Administer and configure Jira environments, including workflows, custom fields, permissions, and notifications. Keep Jira software and add-ons updated with the latest versions, patches, and security updates. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to define and implement Jira best practices. Monitor Jira performance and troubleshoot issues related to access, functionality, or configuration. Maintain accurate documentation of Jira configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance team productivity.Qualifications and ***** Strong experience as a Jira Administrator (JQL, dashboards, workflows, configurations). Excellent communication skills with ability to train and support Jira users. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies. BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field. Advanced certifications or Atlassian Professional Certifications is a plus.
