Position *****We’re seeking a Receptionist / Office Administrator to be the friendly, organized, and reliable face of our clients new Alpharetta office. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Youll support not just the office but also help ensure a warm and smooth experience for clients, employees, and visiting C-suite executives.Key ***** Greet visitors, clients, and employees warmly and professionally Manage incoming emails and general office inquiries Stock coffee and refreshments regularly Help coordinate office events and assist with logistics Tidy up after breakfast (Tuesdays) and fruit drop-offs (Thursdays) Empty dishwasher and maintain clean kitchen areas Monitor and restock office supplies Collaborate with teams including marketing, R&D, pricing, and facilities Assist in sustainability efforts and general office organization Provide general administrative support across the corporate office Act as a point of contact for any onsite needs or escalations***** Previous experience in an office admin or receptionist role preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent soft skills Proactive and dependable with the ability to work independently Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Passion for sustainability and innovation a plus
